How to use
Go to GOV.KR, verify your identity using a joint certificate and file a civil application to issue/print various certificates.
- GOV.KR provides about 90,000 civil services offered by central administrative agencies, public institutions, and municipal government agencies.
- Check the list of ‘Available Services’.
- Residents can file a civil application on GOV.KR with or without registration.
- Note that some civil applications, such as the issuance of a building register and a certificate of forest land register/cadastre do not require an identity verification process with a joint certificate.
